Hello, my name is Timothy Conner. I want to share how I came to create this site for you and how I've seen the "hidden in plain sight" truths I share with you here,

I’ve been pastoring for 31 years and teaching college philosophy for the past 12, alongside pastoring.

Seven years ago, my “normal” was interrupted when a congregation 170 miles away had their once reliable spiritual anchors had been torn from their foundation, and they asked me to help them restore the foundation. 

Whatever I did, it had to kickstart REAL BREAK THROUGH! 

I'd never done such a work before, but the Lord met us at every challenge with the same solution: allow Holy Spirit room over and over and over again, until it became normal. The results in my life and that congregation were powerful.

Within days after finishing what I thought was a "one and done" assignment, the Lord lined up another congregation and then another for a total of six congregations facing tremendous challenges. New people, new context, all facing discouragement, needing a spiritual break through!

Over seven challenging years and six congregations, the Lord sharpened the tools that helped give Him room to restore congregations, transform individuals, and heal relationships. I share many of those tools with you here.

Do they work? Powerfully. Are they difficult and time consuming? No. Will they lead you to legacy level impact? Yes! 

So that's how I come to this place, compelled to offer a good starting place for you to learn and apply what I learned, so your own life can be powerfully transformed by Holy Spirit in a way that is neither difficult, expensive, or time consuming . We both know, the need is urgent. Settling for "as good as the next guy" is crippling us spiritually. But legacy-level impact awaits. Who knows, you will be able to help others to their own Spirit inspired legacy-level impact as well?
